cross training class at the Y
Today both my husband John and daughter Sally came with me to class. It was great. I’m so tired. I finally ate dinner at 8:45p but that’s okay, it was worth it to have two of my most loved people work out with me. What a great ending to the day. My leg is sore big time but again thats what I get for running on a rest day. Tomorrow will be tough with boot camp and my run. I might have to skip the run if it doesn’t feel any better.
