Oh boy hills!
So I can blame my lousy pace on the route or on the time of day but either way it was a great workout. I’m due for another 9 mile run on Friday which I plan to do early in the morning. I guess we shall see if the time of day really makes a difference. All in all I’m glad it’s done.
