Tired so tired! Today was supposed to be a rest day, fat chance. 2 mile pre run with Darlene and a kick your butt session after that is making my arms scream. Too bad I love it or I would cry! I think a nap this afternoon might be in order.

Oh boy hills!

So I can blame my lousy pace on the route or on the time of day but either way it was a great workout. I’m due for another 9 mile run on Friday which I plan to do early in the morning. I guess we shall see if the time of day really makes a difference. All in all I’m glad it’s done.
